Neither is rarer than the other. Maybe in your are, but not in other places. For example, I see loads of haos Mega Nemus 720, but I never see B2 Character Packs. Ever.

very true but i could care less preyas's and hydro's are both rare but in most areas (at least in texas,new mexico, and colorado) you cant find preyas's at all i saw one hydro but never got because i didnt have money

You forgot one really big one, The Gold Fear Ripper... But yes there are SOME rarer peices but most are just as common as others and its usually dependent on loacation. Like I know someone who sees a bunch of Haos Brontes, I haven't seen any at all in the sotre, but I get ventus ones which another person I know hasn't seen...I never knew B2 Ventus MAntris was rare, I'd have probably bought it had I known
