That's probably because the feet stabilize and steady the bottom half so the top half can spin more.

probably.....but its kinda crappy.BUT THANK GOD i already bought one. got him right here with me. HAHA! finally a good spin with the feet out.i have NO IDEA HOW LONG IT SPINS. it useally ends up like a little pas the tap where the head goes.(i think itspins like 5 times around) but stil. thats stupid how thats made.

-Idea-To count the averge of how many spins it makes (useless info), we shal hang a pedometer and spin the neo ten times. Each time, record the number on the pedometer. After ten tries, find average. Do with both feet in and out.Aren't I smart?
