If a bakugan..lets say..falls into a bathtub that is like half way filed with water,is it screwed? or are bakugan water proof

Its not screwed,. Just make sure you COMPLETLY DRY IT. and then put something like a dab of WD 40 on it to preven rusting.

I think its broken.on the head of percival,On the neck.when I pull percivals head down I can see the end of it and a hole

The holes in percival's neck and head are normal.

I have 4 percivals and they all have what you're talking about, I think.

put your percival,put it infront of you,above the head in between the horns there a little bit of the neck sticking out,now look at the top of percival and theres a hole at the end of the neck

That's perfectly normal.Don't worry about it.

I am not talking about that hole in the middle of the neck.open up percival,hold him infront of him,now turn him around,You see that hole right there? IM NOT TALKING ABOUT IT,Now turn percival so your facing its head,now hold percivals head down,and that should reveal a little hole
