Triple Threat is a HSP command gate card. Which is treated as a copper gate card. You already used a copper gate card (Which was G-Power Exchange) Pick a different gate card.

Sorry but a tie is a tie. Nobody wins or loses. Well except for in the tournament where whoever collected 3 gate cards first wins in a tie. I'm actually thinking of banning the call of the defenders card from the next tournament because it always ends up making things a tie.
