Rai never pmed me back about the darkus neo drago he was supposed to trade me or even sent it, and someone else promised me a delta drago, hydranoid and hades, he traded the delta drago and hydranoid to someone else, UGH i hate that >_<

while lack of communication can create problems, it doesnt necessarily mean the person is a Bad trader. If you sent them something and they got it and never send yours to you, then that is a bad trader in my opinion.
