Today,the computer does a weird thing when Im watching a video.Every second it will pause for a half of a second then repeats.Im getting sick of it.Can you guys help me figure out the problem?

try to delete unused files. sometimes it can happen if you have to much on your computer. or it could be a virus or spyware.
