They planned the first two to be a spin already. Just 'still' didn't release.

turbine hades and hades are the SAME except for the holes.So there is no turbine form

There WILL be a Turbine Altair for sure, because when Altair is thrown in the show, it spins, and when it opens, you see a little spinning mechanism inside him.A Fly Wheel Shadow Vulcan IS possible... I'm observing it right now, and something I noticed when I first got Shadow Vulcan was there were two holes on the sides behind the legs. The hole goes straight through, but it's also circular, which would be pretty unique if they make some sort of circular ripcord... Another thing that adds to the theory is that Shadow Vulcan's entire upper body is hollow, making room for a gyroscope.

Same with Helios and turbine Helios. Maybe all the mechanical Bakugan created by Professor Clay will be made as turbine Bakugan?

They might change the shape of Shadow Vulcan's hole, since they did it with Helios. It was originally a rectangle, but the SA version was more of an "L".

i knew they would do this because they made alpha hydranoid and spin dragonoid which is ultamate drago special attacks so they made a turbine helios so they had to make hades a special attack but no turbine shadow vulcan because it would interfere with the magnent

Spin Drago is not a SA version of Ultimate Dragonoid. It loks nothing like him. It's a new version crated just for money.

No, it doesn't. They will never make Ultimate Dragonoid. If they did, they would have done so a long time ago.
