I've been in brawling for over a year now. I've started from the bottom and worked my way to the top. I've went from a nobody on the community to… well… Vendetta! Along the way I've had many experiences, made many friends (and enemies I may add) and had many battles. I've decided to share my bakustory starting from that summer in 2008.
Chapter 1: Really?!
I remeber it like it was just yesterday..."Ha I knew they were gonna make a game out of that!""Did they really make a game out of that?""I'm pretty sure the comercial isn't lying Adam. After all it's television it never lies."It was nearing the summer and Altan was at his friend Adam's house. The first commercial for the bakugan game marbles ahd just came on when they had that conversation. Altan really hated how far they were taking trading card games. The only positive thing Altan had to say about the game was "Well at least it has balls." The next day after Altan paid a visit to Target to restock on snacks. As he was walking by he noticed a whole section for bakugan."Their marbles that open, what's so special about them. You'd have to have A LOT of free time to like this stuff." Which was sorta Ironic since Altan did have a lot of free time on his hands. "Being the best in this game is probablly like being the smartest kid with down syndrome." Altan hung a B1 starter pack back on the shelf and left the store, almost forgetting his snack restock.
Chapter 2: Peer Presured
"Altan, Altan check this out!" Altan's best friend Brandon ran up to him with a bakugan in his hand. The weekend had just ended and it was time for summer camp again. They were just near the pool in the shady area with some benches. "Check it out Altan!""For god's sake what?""Look what I got." Altan looked at Brandon's hand and found he was holding a bakugan in it. "Brandon please tell me you stole that from a little kid and ran.""Nope I bought it at Target it's this awesome game called bakugan.""So I've heard...""It's awesome. You get to set these metal cards called gate cards and then you have to roll your bakugan onto it to try to get it open like this." Brandon set down a gate card and rolled a 560g Pyrus Delta Dragonid. It took a few trys but it finally got it. To open. Altan didn't know it's name or even what a g-power was. But it was because of this demonstarttion he found that this game had some potential. SOME potential. "Well at least I'm comfortable with the fact that only one of my friends plays the game." Then from out of nowhere Altan heard a squeaky voice come from 10 feet away."Hey Brandon you play too?" It was Matt. Matt was one of Altan's friends who always managed to pop up when not needed and it just seem like incovineince (for others at that) followed him with a vengeance.Without turning around to acknowledge Matt Altan said "Matt if you have a magnetic plastic Marble in your hand leave now.""Don't worry I don't." Matt ran up to Altan and Brandon and then took a bakugan out of his pocket to show the two."See it wasn't in my hand it was in my pocket."
