It's not so much the girl, as it is the parents that buy it for her. Some parents can be more attached to Bakugan than their kids spoaigbusiofsenseifaisbfhuiena

Ha. That's funny Smeaegle. I actually have the exact opposite feeling that Pokemon and Yu-gi-oh die out leaving Bakugan the dominant brand for years to come.

I must disagree. Yugioh and Pokemon have stable fan bases and have existed beyond mere fan status. If any drop off first, I think it'll be Yugioh, though Bakugan has its fair share of problems.

Don't know if you looked, but I put it in my post…. I know some parents besides people online that actually do this. Just the kids are lucky, that their parents are also into Bakugan.

That is true. I think the death of Bakugan will probably because of the brand mismanagement. They have too many problems that for the longest time have never been addressed. Distribution and gameplay issues are just some and we really do not understand why they are not interested in even slowly resolving them. They've angered players, alienated the most knowledgeable age group and have products tied in with their core product that no one else except SM has info on. They've released some exclusive items that left players and collectors wondering what they do and they've got a game that nobody has info on (not even info who made it) except for some screenshots and a sort of demo. Bakugan has been around long enough to mature to a point that it should be well established but that does not seem to be the case.

You know what? I'm tempted to say it: Spinmaster is not worthy of Bakugan.

We actually are dreaming that the Bakugan franchise might be bought by like Wotc (Magic) or nintendo usa who owns the pokemon franchise or some other company who knows how to do collectible games.

I can't really see Nintendo or Wotc buying and doing all this, but still might be better off.

PLEASE not wotc. They're busy driving their own franchises into the ground and only their stable fanbase

Good edit, and yes, I totally agree with this. Seeing as their other products are total fail(not mighty beans), they would want to be into the money. Baku-Con was horrible, they should of started with at least with something smaller, not like the stupid training camps, but a place where you can play every week. Kinda like POP and YGO. League, there we go. They should have everyone ranked and everything. Starting off with Baku-Con with that $20 entry fee was proof enough that they were into the money. We'll just have to wait on this.

I think I can sum up Bakugan Buzz's opinion of Spinmaster in a single sentence:"We love Bakugan, but we hate YOU!!"Why? Because it's blatantly obvious that due to poor management, the franchise is being held back from its full potential. Flare Wilda, Iron Dragonoid, Flash Ingram, and Mutant Elfin are all example of this. Despite promises made a long time ago, we have yet to see ANY of them! Not even on eBay!!Also, The Gatekeepers, Cross Dragonoid, Minx Elfin, Master Ingram, True Cyclone Percival, Boriades, Mac Spider, Macubass, Farbros, Dryoid and others, all given personality and/or really important roles in the animated series seem to be doomed to never be made into Bakugan. Sure, the Yu-Gi-Oh show has cards that don't show up, but they tend to be minor and/or game-breaking. That's why so far NONE of the ability and gate cards we've seen in Bakugan have shown up, but to skip some of the most important characters and not create them into marble form would be like skipping Yubel or Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, it just SHOULDN'T happen!!Spinmaster, YOU SUCK!!

If they want my opinion, they've gotta come here to find it. I say stuff here I wouldn't say there, though I must admit I'm sorely tempted to wad up a sum of money equal to the amount they paid for my hotel stay and just throw it in their faces one bill at a time to show my disdain towards them. While I still like the Bakugan franchise, I feel betrayed by Spinmaster's numerous screw-ups, one of which impacted me directly.
