TPDH2 has a LOWER rank than you, if you weren't there before than his rank would be higher than yours. So as much as I'd like to accept your challenge, I can't, since you can't challenge me yet in the first place.

he was higher than me, but now he's lower, vendetta just hasnt updated the chart yet

Which means he had to have been in the Newbie bracket when you challenged him. Either way he's not in my bracket lol, so he can't challenge me.
