okay, this alternative to the game (my dad calls in the “newfie” way of playing it just to get on my nerves lol) has a similar tatic, however it's called “straightenin' the feild” because the cards are actually in a straight line.okay, it's the same basics for original play: 3 bakugan, 3 gate cards, 3 ability cards. trap is optional.when you set you gate card, you place 1 near your side of the feild and 2 near your oponent's side of the feild (in other words, you play all 3 gate cards at the same time). the cards should be places horizontally and side by side (attribute bonuses in one straight line). these are called lines.on your turn, you roll one bakugan for the line on your oponent's line. if you miss then your oponent tries to land on your line. if you land on a card then your oponent places a bakugan on that card (without looking at what he chooses) and battle starts.if you:win on your line: the card stays there and you place the card somewhere else on your line.loose on your line: it goes in your oponents used pile.win on your oponents line: you win the card into your used plie.loose on your oponents line: the card stays in place and your oponent puts it back somewhere else on his/her line.the object of this version is the elliminate your oponents line. well?
