this i find works when teaching new brawlers how to play. some of you may run into that situation idk i'm just assuming. (i'm teaching a couple others BTW)1) this rule you only pick one of 3 bakugan, open it and compare g-power. this is a pretty standard way to introduce some concepts to the game.2) after you get used to #1, you can add the cards. (do not use any abilities for #2 to make it less confusing to who you're teaching). with this rule you just use one card at a time, place the bakugan on the card and do the rest normally. game object still counts. this will put the general idea out a bit more.3) similar to #2, however can set more gate cards at a time. the rest of #2 still applies. this allows more of the game's concepts to be discovered.4) again similar to #3, but this time you introduce ability cards. this obviously helps the new player get used to abilities, allow him or her to explore with abilities.5) now you can start rolling the bakugan onto the cards, but allow re-rolls for the new player to get used to rolling.6) now you can start playing by the book, without traps though. you can add traps after the new player gets used to the game regularly.you may choose to do a different way or skip some steps, but this usually helps when teaching a new player.
