I don't think it's a spin Percival, but that's definently a form of Percival. Evolvede, maybe?

Official AnswerThe pictured Bakugan is an Aquos Alpha Percival Cyclone. And yes... it is a Spinning Bakugan!

I think the actual name is just alpha percival as i found a jpg for an alpha percival on the official site ( no actual drawings or pics on it tho ) and nothing when i searched for alpha percival cyclone. Maybe the cyclone part is referring to it being a spinning bakugan.

i wish they could make spining bakugan normal sized kinda like the show. where so far dan and ace's bakugan spin a tornado when they are brawled. so i also hope that the new spins are better with the spinning.(faster)

Because i know sellers with them and have asked. And i am willing to bet there are only like 2-3 sources for where all of these sellers are getting their supply, so they are all going to be the same.
