These packs are TARGET EXCLUSIVE. It is IMPOSSIBLE to find them at Toys R Us, Wal-Mart, or anywhere else that Bakugan are sold except for Target. Target is the only place that you will find them.

Yes, unless they are sold out. If you know when your local Target restocks, you should go then. This is a VERY popular item, so if you go at the wrong time, they could be sold out. Target usually restocks every two weeks. I always go when they restock, which is how I get the good stuff.
