Maybe I'm just terribly unlucky, but I have a challenge for those who have bought GI and have some of the cards; look through them and find ONE Gate Card that benefits Darkus the most. I have 18 out of the 24 GCs from the latest series and not one of them has Darkus as the highest boost. Did I just not get the 6 cards that help Darkus or did SM screw Darkus over worse than when they gave it green accents?

Yeah, but they have annoying conditions (IMO), and the first one Sub Terra is the highest.

I don't think Darkus got it that bad. Since theres barely any Ventus Bakugan in this set yet. And its not like all the other colors got it going on in this GI set.

Ventus has Rickety Bridge, Dull Flame, Golden Sword, Hawktor's Turf, etc. Darkus doesn't have a single Silver card, Pit of Despair is higher for Subterra and Twisted Cave doesn't really have Darkus as a highest boost either as it's tied with Haos. I really want to see just one card with Darkus as the HIGHEST boost.

Eh, I'm going through my cards and the only highest to Darkus is that Twisted Cave card. That Pit card would totally kill a Quake Dragonoid, but it does waste a Bronze gate. hmm.

A "Low Bridge" card is just 1 Gate without the Ventus Ability. And with the advent of Vilantor, the use of Rickety Bridge or any "Low Bridge" card is a double-edged sword. Theres 3 "Sword" cards, Gold has its highest boost in Ventus, Silver in Haos, and Copper for Sub Terra iirc. So Darkus wouldn't be the only one excluded. As far as the Bakugan are, they're pretty close to each other, except Darkus might just have a few more than Ventus does.

Looking at Aviors monster form makes bakuexoskin make more sense, especially with the hard like lookin shell and the head that pops out of it.
