In some other collectible card games you were able to build a sideboard of cards. These cards were seperate from the “deck” you played with. Matches were best 2 out of 3 games. After each game you were allowed to substitute cards from your sideboard with cards in your deck to hopefully help you win the next game. This rule could be applied to bakugan as well. You could have a sideboard of 3-6 cards. This would allow you to swap in more situation cards that might help you against your opponent after you found out what they were using in the first game. Your sideboard of cards ( along with your normal "deck") would have to remain the same through out any match or tournament.
Well its just a suggestion of a different way to play. I was referring to just the cards. I suppose you could play a variant tht included bakugan as well. Maybe have like 6 bakugan, 6 gate and 6 ability but only get to choose 3 of each for each game, with swapping allowed between games.

the sideboard was in yugioh called a side deck and yes that would be a great idea
thats a good idea and for the bakugan sideboard you could only swap a bakugan before u use it so if u do the thing were u use all bakugan and gget them back u couldnt switch them
