      Yah it is a good deal, probably the best deal I've EVER made with him. I couldn't believe it when he proposed it to me. :]I'd get nothing for mowing my front lawn.

      Wow, I don't EVER get deals like this. Heck, I only get an allowance from my grandpa, I don't see him very often, but the money I get is a decent amount.
