For anyone who don;t believe Normal Neo Drago can customize into a Vortex. Here is a proof of mine…I didn't use any thing from the Spin Drago or some wind-up bakugan. Sorry, but that is not a Neo Vortex, unless it can spin on it's own free will upon opening. You simplyjust separated the top half from the bottom half and you're spinning it along the post inside it.
