My son and i play on the kitchen table and we have a hard time rolling the bakugan straight and even harder time getting them to open up on the gate cards. What are your tips or tricks when it comes to rolling the bakugan and also getting them to open up on the gate cards. Also any tips or tricks for getting the bakugan around your opponents card and onto your card?

heh, right now we are just rolling on the carpet and when we miss its the other persons turn, as for going around ,well that will have to wait for me to get the playmat to have a nice flat place to play on. They dont seem to have a problem opening for me, and if they stop on the card the FAQ said that they are consedered “opend” so you just give them a nudge and they should pop open.

Why not play on a table? Personally I think the playmat is just a gimmick for you to spend more $$! Save it for the bakugan's themselves. Alternatively, you can try using an old board game such as Monopoly, I think. Heck it's even cheaper!

i use the kitchen table and i can get them to roll across the gate cards but they keep on rolling LOL they dont open that often and just keep on keepin on. LOL

I spin my Bakugan towards the card, magnet facing downward. Most effective way I know of.Or if you have some spare cash, buy a launcher. =P-N/M

i havents seen the new launchers that the b2's will fit in. They all say that they only work with original size balls. And then if i want to use an original i would need to carry two launchers? No thanks LOL

B2's will fit in the new wrist launcher, and also the hand launcher. Of course you will need to carry only one type…Oh well, you can just go with my first suggestion. WAY cheaper, I guess. =P-N/M

I always use N/M strategy and always beat my sister with it because she just rolls lol

I need to practice that! It always ends up curving when I'm doing it instead of going straight. Btw, how do you guys get your bakugan to land on YOUR card? Since it is the one facing the furthest away from you

well mine normally curve a little but i practised once doing that hours! but sometimes i be a little cheap and use “maruchos throw” ;D

Hm.. How do you prevent someone from using their favourite Bakugan by 'cheating' by deliberately missing 2 out of the 3 Bakugans?Say I have a haos tigrerra and I want to use her for all battles. I deliberately miss the other 2 bakugans each time i roll. is that legal?

you can miss all you want, just remember that each time you miss landing on a gate your Bakugan goes to the used pile, and your oppent gets a turn. So, You roll, and miss.I roll and Bakugan stand on my gate.You roll and miss.I roll and Bakugan stand on my gate, if there was a second gate, I'd have to move it, if not I've gotten a gate easy.So you risk having 2 bakugans standing on gate cards, and risk that one of those gate cards will be easyly taken by your oppenent.
