I'm not sure but it's come from a resource-able site.I believe it's called Rapid Altair. Maybe Shadow is the one who announced it!

rapid wouldve made sense with ingram(rapid ingram) but with altair , yuck, i like it better with gamma vuz you know altair uses lasers and blasts and all…
