Yeah I thought that was how it originally was until I starting really getting into Bakugan. The Bakugan should have like a Base G-Power with like varying ranges like could go from 150G or so in either way.

That would make it a looot harder for those crazy collectors who want every g-power variation of every bakugan.

Yes it could but it would make the game much more fun.

Actually I think SM would make more money maybe, cause then everyone would be looking for the strongest ones but its not certain that you'll even find a strong one because there are just so much more possibilities. But then again it could flop and nobody would want to cause it costs too much.

The one thing you have to consider is that the product is targeted for a certain age group and they do want to make this game profitable for that age group as much as possible. For kids having 4-8 G-power versions for 1 figure is too much and might become a big turn off. Just picture a kid trying to look for the highest G-power for 1 bakugan type that he/she wants. Not considering the attribute, with 4 -8 variations will mean 1/4 chance – 1/8 chance if getting the highest attribute. It could possibly mean that 1 kid might end up buying a couple of figures of 1 type of bakugan before that kid becomes satisfied. This will generate what we call “trash items” which in turn could be a reason not to buy. I mean who wants to keep buying the same thing over and over again. This will drive parents crazy. Also you have to consider kids need to get the cards too which is another element of the game. Also this will mean they have to manufacture more of 1 product to provide right amount of distribution and get their retailers to buy more. example:1 bakugan type with 8 g-power versions. Let us say for example they have to distribute 1000 of each for 1 area. This means they have to manufacture 8000 items for 1 bakugan to cover right amount of distribution and actually get their retailers to purchase and distribute all 8000. So 8 bakugan types for 1 attribute will have 64000 pcs

      I disagree.

^ This is a great idea though I think I see a flaw (as I must in everything). I understand it would make the game funner but would also make it easier to manufacture counterfeit Bakugan. By having the few G-poer variants we have now the common con artist will not take the time to learn them as where if we had many different then a random guess could be all it takes to sell a fake. :) Go ahead and disagree HM I know you will

That is actually a good thought, that I had not thought of.

OMG. LOL No arguing. Yes thats true and something I hadn't thought of. I remember the feeling I would get when I opened a MTG booster pack and got the rare card I wanted. It would be great to get that feeling from Bakugan too. It adds suspense to the whole process.

Also think of how much a huge headache this will be for tournaments. I mean not knowing how much G-power a certain bakugan will be played by your opponent is hard. The game will be all about chance which is no fun. Also if they print the same amount of bakugan they produce now for each bakugan BUT with random G-power then how easy do you think it will be to get the highest g-powered version? Its either 1. you open as many as you can until you get it (end up with a lot of the trash items) or 2. But it from sites or people for an insanely high price. You'd probably pay real high price considering limited distribution PLUS since no guarantee where it will show up or how many will show up means paying more.
