probobly fake because if you look at the paint on diablo it looks more plastic coating then a real bakugan.You may never know because I never look at forign bakugan

It is obvious fake, by the quality of paint work, plastic, gold highlight of a Pyrus Bakugan instead of shiny orange, and the blue plastic in the middle of it.BTW...

I HATE someone determine if a Bakugan is fake or not by where it comes from. Either real or fake Bakugan is made in China. So you should determine that by the quality and more of the Bakugan, not just by the place.

However, most of the fake bakugan come from China or Hong Kong (A.K.A. China). Sad but true. There are a LOT of fake bakugan being made illegally in China, and it's a hint as to the authenticity of a Bakugan. Why do you think some counterfeiters try to cover up that their product comes from China?

Even at first glance that thing looked really fake. The paint job is terrible, and IIRC all Diablo/Angelo “rings” are purple. In addition to that, if you look at one of the screws you can see it isnt triangle head, I think.

The neck and head look purple (form teh clash of blue and red) not to mention that there is BLUE on it… You'd think it'd obviously be fake.

It's a Burst Egg. Meanng it's real AND not real. It's a real gameplay marble in the japaneese game Burst Egg which is a rip-off/copy/pilate for the Bakugan game. So it's legal in Burst Egg gameplay but it's not in our gameplay. Also the American pyrus diablo has yellow/orange where this one has blue.

That's the hint, but not all.I live in Hong Kong, if I buy a Bakugan, with packaging, from USA on ebay and resell it, do you think that Bakugan is fake?Actually, the unrelease Bakugan that is sold by the US seller is directly from the real Bakugan factory in China.

Well, I wouldn't know what to think. If it was still in the original packaging and photographed as such, with the Spinmaster and Sega Toys logos from said packaging depicted in another image, I'd believe they were real.Unfortunately, many of them are "Loose, without cards" which is another sign.
