I just got a Pokemon without a name or picture OR any attacks, did I manage to find a Missingno?

Awesome DH. Btw apparently you can't use Missingno in a battle, he has no attacks and you can't level him up XP

On a sidenote, I got my Missingno in my first battle with a wild Pokemon, when I tried to use a Pokeball to capture it nothing happened, I used a second Pokeball and got both the Pokemon I was battling and Missingno.OK I'm currently looking through the Pokedex and here's a few I want to trade for:ArbokParasShiny_TentacruelShelderGastlyCrystal_OmanyteKabutoShiny_SpinarakUknownHoundoomSeviperAnorithShiny AnorithKind of a long list lol, but whatever.
