for the action replay in fire red i found a cheat in action replay to let you catch a trainer's pokemon, i thought it would just be a bad egg but i checked my pc and it worked! I stole my rivals starter at the championship match!

To the east of Cerulean city there are Primeapes(2 EV) and Mankey(1EV). I'm pretty sure there is a better spot but I can't think of one right now.

What are you trying it in first off. Your D/P/Pt, or HG/SS.I don't really know about what the SID really did. I'm pretty sure it's to determine a bunch of stuff, but I know it's needed for the Shinies, but not sure on flawless IVs, cause I haven't tried it, or get it.

D/P/Pt since right now I think its easier to breed/train on there for me anyways.Yeah I'm not quite sure. But it seems pretty hard to find the SID without AR.

Don't you have that Shiny Starly? Get the IVs from it then calculate your SID. You've downloaded 7.30RNG right? HG/SS is harder to abuse since, you can't advance the frames without the Poketch. You have that Shiny Starly from D/P/Pt right, so get it to a level where, you can get it's exact IVs, just Rare Candy it, you don't want a bunch of EVs messing it up.For me to calculate my SID wasn't so hard, besides the fact that I had to use a bunch of berries getting rid of all those EVs on my Shiny Nosepass.As for all the rest of you talking about using an AR, really.
