In my fire red game i have a level 100 reg gyarados. (yes i did to some rule bending to get it) it wasnt from atrade, i raised it from level 15. also if there is some way to trade over the computer i have a gold magikarp for trade, it evolves into a red gyarados

ahh, i see makes sense.I beat the E4 for a second time now It was actually almost a breeze... even Lance didn't give me that much trouble 😉So... definitely gonna train before going to Red, and do some other stuff.Probably go catch Mewtwo, the two remaining legendary dogs, and latios. And do whatever other side-quests open up after you beat the E4 for a second time. EDIT: Battling Mewtwo now... by far the most annoying legendary... 11 ultra balls, 4 dusk balls... barely a sliver of HP left... and nothing, most I got was two shakes... wft?????

I caught it with a few Pokeballs. It's just luck. Use more Dusk Ball.

he wasn't that hard when i caught him. i got him in 5 dusk balls. you should go get dusk balls because at night in a cave the odds of catching a pokemon are x4.

Yeah, a Pokemon from other region games have a higher chance of getting shiny eggs.Stronger what's the Pokemon.I decided to get 3 Garchomps yesterday. All Adamant, and one of them has 31 IV HP and the other one has 31 in Def. The last one has 0 in Atk. D:

IV breeding is so easier now, in HG/SS.Tell, whenever though.Vakuso, the chances of you getting a shiny Shinx even with a different region Pokemon is roughly the same. Isn't it like 1/6000 or something. I don't know, but there are easier ways of doing it.
