As far as hacks/cheats go, I Clone pokemon in my Emerald. I have an unlimited supply of Mewtwo, Celebi, Rayquaza, etc.It won't screw up your game, if you want one ask. I haven't played SS at all today, just Lego Batman, almost beat all the Hero Story Levels! Missing the Super-Hero status only on the ones I have yet to beat the level of. (just 3)Anyway, when does Hoppip, learn any attacks? or at least evolve? Mine is like 10 and only knows Splash, Synthesis, and Poisonpowder.

Exaclty, thats why i've training in pokwalker and using poisonpowder on weak enemies while using synthesis to stay alive while they attck till they die from poison.

hoppip learns tackle at level 10, bullet seed level 19, mega drain level 25, u turn level 31, giga drain level 37, bounce level 40 evolves at level 18 and again to level 27

Lvl 19 is Bullet Seed...Once again, Marriland is the go to site. It has a pokedex (top of the page, in the middle) which shows moves pokemon learn by leveling up, and maybe what TM they can learn.

I thought it ws supposed to learn tackle at LV 10....And where do you catch Kyogre and at what level?

The music is awesome and i cant wait til friday when it is released case my mum says i can get it straight after school (which convieniently finishes 2 hours early!) but i dont know wether to get totadile or chikorita as my starter… (i dont want cyndaquil cause it is an obvious starter)

Yeah, go for Chikorita. My Meganium moveset could do wonders in a double battle… Speaking of which, I heard that the Lance battle was a double battle in this thread somewhere. Is it really?

totadile is the best starter for short and long time use

Sorry, but Quagsire blows Feraligatr out of the water for usefulness. A single level 29 Quagsire can solo Jasmine's entire party. Also, Red Gyarados, anyone? Water pokemon are a dime a dozen and Feraligatr doesn't work as well as either Cyndaquil (Who is better for short-term use due to its rapid evolution) or Chikorita (Razor Leaf Level 6, Synthesis level 12)
