I'm gonna get SS, not pre-ordered cuz my Dad didn't do it when I asked for it for my birthday in December, but he might buy it if he has teh money. I am either gonna get Totodile or Cyndaquil, most likely Cyndaquil, because both of them are pretty good.

In which case I'd actually be using good Pokemon. I normally load up with Zubat and Tentacool, but I guess Spearow and Gyarados would be a nice change of pace.

i dont mean not used much by you i mean not used by a lot by people in general. like people dont use zubat, oddish, spearow, jigglypuff, etc much

Ah, those are too generic:Qwilfish, Onix, Paras, Stantler, Yanma, DunsparceNOW we're getting somewhere! I've used all of the ones you've posted (Except Oddish) out of mere habit for years. I admit I use Onix a lot, but I've only used Qwilfish and Dunsparce ONCE and NEVER used Paras or Stantler.

I remember when I was Super Nub. I trained Dunsparce to LV100 in my crystal hoping it would evolve. I tried all the stones too.

Just to let everyone know, theres supposed to be a Pokemon event going on at TRU on the 14th when HG/SS is released with giveaways. Not too sure about whats actually going to happen but call your local TRU for more info.

A lot of pokemon that aren't used, aren't used cause they suck. I'm not going to use a Magikarp. EVER! Unless, maybe, for whatever reason, I needed a weak pokemon, then I might use it.

Thanks Stronger! Imma have to try arond some TRUs now.I always used to get myself a Magikarp! It took patience and stubbornness to get it to a Gyrados but I was proud at the end of the day.

How many of you guys have played the original Gold and Silver games? I have, so I'm psyched to see the remake. I have all the starters shiny legit so I think I'll trade some over to my HG game. I used to not want my starter to be an HM slave, I'd always just train my starter and value it most so my other 5 pokemon would always be like 10 levels lower than my starter. But I think this time around I'll actually try to train them all equally. I kinda wanna get the game at 12:01 but idk, I have a dance that night. I'll just tap the driver on the shoulder and be like “drop me of at Toysrus please” and then a limo pulls up at TRU XD

I am getting Chickorita in my Soul Silver, I have many eggs lined up in my Platinum, so I can have EVERY starter but Charmander as I never did get one of those. I will have a team of Eevees as well and about 6 Rotoms.
