http://www.serebii.net and http://www.pokebeach.com are both covering the newest pokemon games to be released in Japan, Heart Gold and Soul Silver. Some pretty interesting stuff, so far. You can find their coverage on their front pages.I've already played a bootleg ROM, but it was way too buggy. I couldn't get past the part where you're taught how to catch pokemon. The music was playing, and animations were moving, but the controls were unresponsive. I'll keep trying. Maybe I'll post my own screens. Let the anticipation build!

I'm so excited for Heart Gold. Gold was easily my favorite pokemon game and remaking it for the DS is win in every sense of the word.

i beat gold for gameboy and i love it but i think im gonna buy soul silver because lugia is better

This is actually the first Pokemon game I've anticipated that I haven't like completely hounded down on Serebii…It may be because I already know the general game, as these are remakes and want to be surprised at teh new stuff. OOOOH I CANT WAIT!!! So getting Heart Gold on release day. Imma have my old team to, except this time no legendaries (I used both birds >_>)

Ihate kids like you who think they know everything.... *Calls uncle* Hey Blitz ya'll wanna play a game? XD Seriously...he's a pretty dran big Pokemon geek. It was funny because in GI magazine they had this Pokemon kid who won this video game tournament, and my uncle has a team pretty similar to his, and he was going psycho when he saw the kid was using Groudon. I was just laughing my butt off. He's all like "WHAT? Groudon is uber YOU CAN'T USE HIM!!!" Pretty much that for like 10 minutes lol

Yeah and there's a good reason for that "U" to be in there....I hope HG and SS stick strictly to the G/S/C Pokemon, and before anyone kills me over this, YES THAT MEANS KANTO POKEMON! Any pokemon in the original games is what I mean... We REALLY don't need anyone else we've got it covered. D/P/P has the 4th GEN, you can transfer 3rd GEN to D/P/P AND we have 1st gen with LG and FR... I needed Gold and SIlver remakes for a long time now, mostly to complete my Pokedex, Colloseum and XD don't have all the Pokemon...
