its when u use the pokeradar to get a streak of a pokemon and then usually when u get around a 40 streak of one pokemon u find a shiny, theres a bunch of vids about it on youtube

u can catch or beat themits pretty hard to explain but the youtube vids do a good job of itand its not automatic u will get a shiny at 40 u could get one at a 5 streak, or it could take way more than 40but ur best bet is to get to 40 and then just keep resetting the radar until a shiny patch shows up

With eggs, the chances are the same, but once you recieve an egg, it will either be shiny, or it wont, no saving before its about to hatch, and restarting, that wont work with eggs, so I would give up now!

So we can tell if an egg is shiny by it's shell color?P.S I know chances are the same. That's why I have over 20 baby charmanders in my pc.

and u cant tell by its colorto find a shiny u have a 8192/1 chancewhich isnt good at all, so probably a lot of eggsbut i heard if u get a foreign pokemon from the gts like chinese, european etcit makes it way more easy to get a shiny i tried this with onix and a japenese ditto but i bred 60 eggs and didnt get a shiny
