Actually when it opens it does pop out not just "fall" out...

So how does it propel the dice? Does it fit into his arm?

It sit on the platform and when it opens the way all Bakugan is the same in this one yet it has enough “force” to have the dice pop out. The dice mechanism is nothing complex… just design a Bakugan with a gap in the middle while in ball form and place a dice in the middle of it.
