Oh okay ya it is overpricey but my mom and dadd sayed something from AT&T so far i am thinking about getting the pantech matrix ( probally spelled that wrong but oh well)

Well first of all… how old are you?second, what service do you use?If you want a blackberry or a smartphone, you have to know the costs, and if you don't pay for a data plan and stuff you can get charged quite a bit. For a non-smart phone on verizon I would say En-V of some sort, pretty reliable phone. Not sure about AT&T, Sprint, or T-Mobile though...
