Anyone gonna go and watch it? Being a fan of the books when I was in 6th grade, and an even bigger fan of Greek Mythology, I will probably go see it. Not expecting to much, but it looks pretty good. What are your thoughts on the movie/book?

Never heard of the books before the trailer. When I saw the trailer, I was like “This sounds like it's based of the first of a book series….” Wouldn't you know it, it was.The movie looks epic, and I really wanna see it.

I'm glad that other people are ready for the movie. Already in the trailer I see changes from the book, but of course that was expected.

I LOVE THE BOOKS IVE READ THE FIRST SERIES 1-5!!!The movie will have some mInor changes, seeing it's being made 5 years after the bookAlso, there's gonna be a new book series dealing with the new Great Prophecy in fall, and I can't wait to read them!

In the fall? at the end of book 5 there was a hint on a new series, but i didn't think it was this soon.

saw it today, twas alright, some bits were missing, some bits were added in, like they put in a hydra ( replaced by Ares ) as he wasnt part of the film storyline. If i complained about about all the lil things, i would be here for ages. But the fight scenes were AMAZING

I've been waiting for this movie ever since I looked it up over 2 years ago, after I finished the book and absolutely loved it. I went on to read the rest of the series, and I got the 5th(last) book the day it came out.I didn't think the movie would be good, but the trailers haven't dissapointed me so far. It looks pretty good, actually. I was going to see it today, but some bus-related problems canceled that and I'm going tommorow.
