I count the first form (Neo Drago) as the first Evolution form, Ultra Drago and Hyper Drago are NOT part of the Drago evolution chain, at least not with Dan's Drago.

I'm still not believing that's Hyper Dragonoid. It didn't have any horns, completely different designs on the inside of the feet, and the wings hardly flip out at all.

Well, that was Hyper Drago and you're going to have to live with it. It has been confirmed to be Hyper Drago by most of the people here, and a website I found off Google.
