Where? My Elfin has about 15 rectangular holes, but I don't see any that might be able to use for Maxus Elfin... Did you mean Dual Elfin? Then again, I don't have a Helios yet, so I wouldn't know what it would look like...

Yes, but the maxus pieces go in the circular holes, not the rectangular holes. Those are for the ripcord, because the auction for one of the ripcord Helios has a picture of Maxus Helios with the ripcord in, meaning that these holes are for a ripcord, meaning ripcord Hades.

That is true, I forgot about the ripcord. However, Hades doesn't spin or anything to need a rip cord activation. SO i'm still sticking to a piece together something. Maybe it wont even being a Maxus, maybe they have something else in mind.

There may be a MAXUS PERCIVAL SETif you look at the back of the wings, it has 2 holes and the wings have 1 each, then it has 2 holes on the bottom, and a couple on the side.

All B2 Bakugan have holes due to regulations, That is part of why they changed from B1 to B2.
