That's the ONLY card I have/I have seen with that. It's just a misprint or something they just didn't notice when printing the cards in color. Also, Heavy Surf was from the Bakuclear/swap series. I doubt they planned to make a special treatment circle

I assume that it will be something like…BakuMecha or BakuSteel... I don't know. But I'd put my Non-Existent$ on that it won't have any in-game affect, I think it's just for decoration...
