Bullet Hell meaning bullets EVERYWHERE then yes. And I'm not positive about a plot, but when Lux gets on, he could probably tell you. He knows more than me.

Yep, it's a Shump full of lolis that shoot each other with lazers, anchors, and carrots. Each seperate game has a different plot. If you go on NicoNico, I bet that you've seen touhou occasionally. It's not an anime either, buta game series. There's a whole bunch of fan-made comics, videos, remix albums that get sold, you name it, fans have probably made it.
