Okay, I was just looking at my cards trying to figure out something, when I come across my “The Spires” and “Blue Sky” silver gate cards. I compared the G-power boosts to see which one is better, and I noticed… The only difference is on Blue Sky, Haos has a black ring, while The Spires has a black ring for Sub-terra. I wonder why, unless the Black bakugan DO have some sort of relationship with the black rings…

Everyone seems to think that the new black bakugan are gonna be like the pearls with that number but idk so this information may not be 100% accurate.

So, it looks like they could be a reverse of the pearl bakugan. The series should be called BakuSteel or BakuMetal.

Interesting… but I'd appreciate more examples, because these can disprove your theory: Look up Cleansing Fire, Proper Motivation and Darkness Chamber (all gc) on the main site, or find them under the i series of cards, none of those have black rings, with the highlight it's on every card. Just sayin'.

some are hard to see becaouse they are in the darkus bonus…. but usually it has a white ring around it in some of these its just pure black. Tricky gate for example and g-power exchange. also the wavern gate has it around the haos, the spires around sub terra, Blurred heat around haos, blinding gate around darkus naga character around haos…need i keep going?

I never negated it was on a lot of them, but not all of them, like a highlight is. =/ Again, just saying.

you do have a point. Who knows? It may have nothing to do with anything. Only the game designers know right now.
