The whole area was destroyed, as if Judgement was used on the entire city. No people were walking about, half the city was flooded and most of the building were destroyed. As Red turned towards the sea, he noticed the giant red storm clouds above the area, and he noticed a very large whirlpool off in the distance. He also noticed a ship, and since it was the only sign of life he could see, he went to it.As he approached the ship, the people on it sent him a rope to climb up. "What's happened to Cianwood and the Whirl Islands?", Red asked while returning Lapras.
