yes, itis to help stop spammers but I am the same way I can reply to 3 posts in 60 seconds.

I think the only solution(at the time) to this problem is simply not posting or PMing two or more times in a row.Also, it's probably to stop double-posting, you know we all get that glitch once in a while.-N/M

There are more effective ways to stop spammers.A minute between posts is just absurd, my time is precious. XP
