Yup! My brother got one.It comes with a figure (The Guardian Bakugan of the main Brawlers) and a AC. It feels a little different, along with "Made for Mc" as small text on the back, but a lot like other ones.

They've got good effects, but they say McDonalds on the back of them, so I bet they're not legal.

They could be counted as promo cards, but saying McDonalds n the back is just ugh...
