i have this problem, can anyone solve it?-2/3 = 8kk=??do it the algebraic way...

k=-4 no calculator and in my head...so I THINK its right...

Well you divide 8 out of x, so since your dividing, its easier if you just reciprocate it and multiply it, getting negative 2 over 24, which is negative 1 over 12 or -1/12 and if you plug it in it works.
