Nope. You can use any attributes you want, as well as any bakugan.And when you battle Marduk for the first time, he's really easy...

Yep. The color of some parts change with the attribute (For example, if you use Haos and chose the Japanese style shirt, it'll be white/gray, darkus black, etc…)

Just one last Q (I really ought to just get the ROM XD) does your guy always wear red with his att. color? It looked that way in the preview and I'm hoping it's not.

Nope. That part changes with the attribute, and you can chose the secondary color. Here's my character….Pyrus Leo ftw(For the jacket, the trim is the color of the attribute. The white is what I chose to have as the secondary color.)

Okay so i have the emulator and the rom. it said insert cartridge and the rom thing isnt in the folder i saved it in, i extracted it all and everything. Can someone tell me what to do now?
