*Kabuto Zecter flies past, off into the distance*In a post apocalyptic world, Worms and Grongi roam the streets, terrorizing the citizens left in Omega City.The Den-Liner passes through every once in a while, usually going further back in time. It's the only occasional bright object most of the time.Orphenochs are also expanding their numbers, killing many humans every day. Only a few of them revive as Orphenochs though, so they don't increase as much as you think. It all adds up in the end though.There is no one to protect us. No hope, every day is just a rat race, with every human left just seeing how long they can survive until it's their turn. No one ever knows what they'll be attacked by. They can be attacked by Orphenochs, Worms, Grongi, Fangires, Imagin, you name it. Each one kills differently, and everyone hopes for the most painless killer."Hey, hey, Owner-sama, why don't we stop here and get rid of those nasty guys?" Ryutaros said, pointing out the window anxiously as the Den-Liner passed the present time in Omega City."There is no hope for this time, we shall leave it the way it is. Not even Kotaro and Ryotaro together would be able to defeat this many- OH!" The Owner cut off his sentence and gasped as the flag fell down on his rice. He continued, "We would need about 100 times the strength of the both of them."Kintaros abruptly woke up. "MY STRENGTH! I'LL MAKE THEM CRY!" He slammed his hands on the table.Urataros stood up casually, "You shouldn't do anything stupid, Kintaros... Allow me to reel them in.""YOU'RE ONE TO TALK YOU TURTLE BASTARD!" Momotaros walked up to Urataros, and stared him down. "I start and end at I climax. I WILL DEFEAT THEM ALL!"Urataros sighed. Momotaros turned around. "Hahaha... They don't stand a chance... I'm soooo COOL! HAHAHAHA!"Momotaros's laughter was cut off by a punch in the gut by Kohana. "Owner said we're not stopping, and that's it.""STUPID... LITTLE... GIIIiiirlll... UUWWAAaahhhhhhh" Momotaros fell the the floor.The Den-Liner passed through and disappeared through it's portal, leaving the hellhole of Omega City.A man stood atop the ruined BNB (Begin's night building), with a mask on. He raised a pointing finger to the sky. "Grandmother said this... V IS AWESOME."-end prologue--Start Chapter 1A little girl ran helpless from a group of Worms that were ready to molt. They began molting, and the girl gained distance, but it would prove to be to no avail. Once molted, Worms are in their prime form, in which they can use their "clock up" ability. Clock up allows Worms to move at speed 10x greater than the human eye can see. It slows time around the Worm for it to catch it's target or flee danger.The Worms clocked up and appeared in front of the little girl, causing her to fall to her knees in terror. As one Worm lifted it's arm to strike, a blade was pierced through it from behind. The Worm bursted into green flames and it's attacker was revealed. A Rider of deep crimson armor plates, and the horn of a kabuto beetle sticking out from his helmet. He pressed a button on the side of his belt to activate a Clock up of his own, and within seconds, the rest of the Worms were turned to flames. Kamen Rider KaVuto stood in the blaze, and before the girl asked who he was, he was gone. A voice came from on top of a building. "I am the man who will rule everything, and I walk the path of fire." He raised a pointing finger to the sky. "Vendetta... Van...Dam. Bizzatch."The little girl blinked and he was gone. Still full of fear and sweating from the chase, she gets up and dusts herself off. She begins walking, looking around herself, still paranoid.She winds up bumping into someone. She looks up to see the back of a tall teenage boy, who turns around and looks down. "Lost?"The little girl nods."Well then, you can stick with me for a while. Do you know if your parents are dead yet?" He asked nonchalantly.She looked down at the ground, saddened. "Ah crap, sorry, I should've been more gentle with that question..." the boy said, catching his mistake, "ANYWAY, let's find somewhere to hide."As they walked cautiously through the city half made of debris, the boy tried to make conversation. "So, my name is Lux." He said, watching his steps carefully, "What about you?"She was silent for a moment "....""No name?" Lux asked."...My name is Jolene.. My family called me Jo.."Lux helped her over a rock. "Well now we're getting somewhere. How old are you?""I'm 7...", she said as she hopped over some rubble. Lux sat down on the curb. "Let's rest for a bit. It's quiet here." "Okay..." She sat down as well."So Jo, do you have any siblings that might be still alive?" Lux asked, hoping not to remind her of more dead family.She looked up at Lux. "I think my brother might be around somewhere! ...I haven't seen him in days though... Last time we were together was when we were attacked. He told me to run away... so I did... but I'm sure he won! He has to be out here...""A brave guy he must be to stand up to these things." Lux remarked. "Don't worry. I'll help you find him. People usually don't lose if they are that confident. Otherwise he would've ran with you if he knew he wouldn't have a chance."Jo stood up. "My brother is the strongest! He's definitely alive!""Your brother is Cirno?" Lux asked.Jo looked at him, confused. Lux laughed, "Nevermind.""I was actually saved by someone in a suit with red armor earlier..." Jo remembered.Lux looked surprised. "Did you get his name? We need to find him.""I think it was something that started with a V.." She thought hard about the guy's name.Lux's eyes widened. He knew there was only one person he knew whose name started with a V. Suddenly he began to gain hope. He stood up. "Alright. We gon' find him. You can run and tell that.""You know where he is?" Jo asked.Lux scratched his head, "Well.. err... no, but we can find him. I have a few tools just for this situation." He pulled out a black camera that had blue details. He inserted a dark blue USB-like object into it's side and it unfolded into a mechanical bat. "Find a guy in a white mask. Photograph his location when you do.", Lux commanded it. It flew off, over some buildings and out of sight. Jo blinked in amazement. She couldn't believe what she just saw. "WHAT WAS THAT?!"Lux chuckled and explained. "That was one of my gadgets called the Bat Shot. If I tell it to find something, it usually does and it takes pictures of the surrounding area so I know exactly where to go." Just then, he pulled out another object. He wrapped it around his wrist as a watch. It's screen displayed some kind of navigation. "I put a tracker on the Bat Shot before it flew off. If it starts taking pictures, I'll get a signal from the tracker on this device, called the Spider Shock. That signal will pinpoint the Bat's location for me so we can start going to it as soon as it finds V."Jo had on the biggest derpface ever. "....huh?""Ah nevermind. You'll see." Lux said. "Let's keep walking in the mean time."There was a crumbling sound in the area, the sound that happens when rocks are stepped on."What was that?!" Jo asked, starting to panic.Lux looked all around scanning the surroundings. "I don't know. Stay close, and do not go off anyway or make any sounds." Lux reached into his pocket, revealing another one of those USB-looking things. This one was black, and it had a J design on it. I was hoping not to use the Lost Driver any time soon... I can only use it once... but I have to protect this girl... He thought.A person walked out from behind a pillar looking down, with his hands in his pockets. "♪ Yo yo-yo, yo, yo-yo-yo, walking through ruins, yo-yo, hoping not to run into monsters, yoyoyo ♪" he sang. "Hey! Who are you?" Lux asked the guy, on his guard.The boy looked up at Lux. "Hm, what's this? More people?" His expression changed to some kind of happy. "♪ Yo-yo-yo, I'm not alone anymore, yooooo ♪"."I'll ask again. Who are you? Friend or enemy?" Lux started to get impatient, gripping the J Memory tighter.The boy smiled at Lux and said "My name is Timess. Don't fret, I'm in the same boat as you. I'm glad to find others at last."Another crumbling sound went off in the area.Lux and Timess immediately went alert. They searched the place around them silently. Jo suddenly screamed as a wall behind them was demolished, revealing a Mosquito Orphenoch and a still unmolted Worm.Lux and Timess turned around and stood their ground. Lux pulled out a buckle that looked half complete, with one side having a slot that looked like it could fit the USB-like object he has been holding. As he was about to put it on his waist, Timess took out a gold object that flipped up two silver spikes. The object resembled a tuning fork, but it was very detailed and it had a demon's face molded onto it. Timess hit the object against a broken pile of cement and it gave off a high pitched note. As the note played, he held the tuning fork in front of his face. A purple fire swallowed him up. Lux and Jo watched, not knowing what to think; he was just engulfed in flames, and they didn't know what happened. Timess walked out in a very dark armor suit. His helmet had red designs and two horns, but appeared to have no face. He got an a fighting stance, ready to spring at the two monsters.-Start chapter 2Timess, as Kamen Rider Hibiki, ran toward the two kaijin fearlessly. He kicked down the unmolted Worm with his heel and punched the Orphenoch once in the gut and again in the face, throwing it back. Hibiki stood there, waiting for them to retaliate. So he's a Rider too..., Lux said to himself. If I stick with him, I won't have to worry about using Joker at the wrong time.The Orphenoch ran toward Hibiki, it's arm raised with a blade for a hand. As it was about to strike, it was suddenly thrown back by something unseen. It hit the ground, turning into a pile of dust and ash."What the hell..?" Hibiki said, confused. He turned around and looked up. There was nothing there.Then, as he had his back turned, the Worm started to molt. It's bulky green skin was shed, revealing a grotesque insect-like form. Hibiki turned around, and as he did, the Worm activated Clock Up. Hibiki stepped into a defensive stance, and something that resembled a demon's mouth with sharp teeth opened up on his helmet. He threw back his arms and started breathing purple fire all around him, hoping to catch the Worm in mid-Clock up. Nothing happened, making him think the Worm simply used the Clock Up to escape.Out of no where, an explosion of green set the place ablaze with green flame. And in the flames stood Kamen Rider KaVuto with his back turned, looking down. He just killed the Worm.Hibiki stayed where he was, looking at KaVuto.Lux stood there for a moment, squinting. "....V!" he yelled into the fire. KaVuto turned around slowly, and looked at Lux over his shoulder. "V!!" Lux yelled louder.Green flames passed through Lux's vision of KaVuto. KaVuto raised his hand and pointed to the sky. "Grandmother said this. 'Only time will tell if you and another are destined to walk together or alone.' " He said. "When the time comes Lux. I'll be waiting."Lux stared at KaVuto. "....STOP SCREWING AROUND WITH ME!" He yelled. "V!!!" As more flames passed over his vision, KaVuto vanished."YOU BASTARD!!!" Lux got down on his knees and punched the ground. The green flames died out, and the Hibiki suit disappeared off of Timess in a purple ember. He walked toward Lux and Jo. "We'll meet with him sooner or later, Lux. For now, as long as you're with me, you don't need to worry about the kaijin. If they come near you guys, I'll take care them.Lux stood up. "I will find him.""That was the guy who saved me the first time Lux!" Jo said."I know that. He's exactly who we were looking for. And he's being mysterious as hell." Lux said, still angry.Just then, gunshots hit the ground where Lux, Timess, and Jo were standing. They all looked up to where the shots came from to see some Rider dressed in black with white stripes walking away.Timess looked troubled. Delta...?!-TO BE CONTINUED-
