It's a Bakulyte, meaning it is Translucent (Like with Neon and Solar), so yes, it is special treatment.

Here's the break down:Not Special Treatment:Normal BakuganBakucore BakuganBakusteel BakuganSpecial Treatment:Clear Bakugan (AKA Bakucrystal)Translucent Bakugan (Aka Bakulyte, Solar, and Neon)Pearl Bakugan (Aka Frost)Special Attack Bakugan (Heavy-metal, Turbine, etc.)The only one that's in limbo for me is the Reverse-Color bakugan. The rules say they have no special properties, but since they're thrown into the Special FX lists so often and their rules text is quite different from that of Bakucore or Bakusteel...

8.07: BAKUCORE BAKUGAN8.07: What are BakuCore Bakugan? What do they do in battle? The BakuCore Bakugan are regular Bakugan that have a new look to them that play the same as other basic, regular attack Bakugan.8.08: BAKUFLIP BAKUGAN8.08: What are BakuFlip Bakugan? What do they do in battle?BakuFlip Bakugan do not do anything special, or above the norm, in battle. They simply look awesome!8.09: BAKUSTEEL BAKUGAN8.09: What are BakuSteel Bakugan? What do they do in battle? The BakuSteel Bakugan are regular Bakugan that have a new, brushed aluminum look to them. They play the same as other basic, regular attack Bakugan.

...I wonder if they're normal attack or are "Special Treatment" only for the purpose of card effects.Any thoughts?
