BAsically, it means whoever goes first goes last, and whoever goes last goes first, etc...

Allow me. This rule applies to if there are more than two players (a “battle royale” as it were). If you were going clockwise before, now you go counter-clockwise. Rather nasty if you want to deny the person who would have gone after you, but it gives the one who went before you an additional turn.
