Well according to the rules cards always override the rules, so I would assume you'd have to play it first.

Yes, and you cn play as many abilities per turn, NVH.

But the real quest ion is lets say i use that card then i play the trap can i play another ablity after the card and the trap

Yeah, like Lux said, you can play as many abilities per turn as you want, trap or no trap.
