allright,first of all,a custom neo drago vortex only spins around when forced. it dosent have any mechinsim or ANYTHING. itll just spin around in u roll it a certin way. so this topic is a brainstorm on how 2 do it.P.S. full credit to eclips for creating a custom NDV
