How many extra Bakugan cards should you keep

What is a good idea of how many extra cards of each should you keep before you start giving them away, trading, or selling them?A person cannot use the same card in a game twice, can they? So is there any reason to having more than one of each card? Other then for trading cards.I know this is going to sound like a stupid question, but please remember I am just trying to learn all the tips and helpful advice from you more experienced players and collectors.Also what are some of the great cards to have in your collection, I don’t have a Doom card yet, but my little buddy does. LOL

Most people I know just keep one copy of each card and trade the rest away

I keep a box full of cards, and another box full of extra copies of cards that I have in the first box. I'm planning on nabbing a Haos binder to start putting my singles in.I have yet to actually trade any of my doubles, though; most often I just give them away to younger players in my area who need them.I'm going to be doing some trading when the Battle Tour comes to my area this weekend though.

Yeah, I was going to give any extras to my grandson and after that, any extras he has he can trade to his friends.But I wasn't sure if you really needed two of any of the cards for game play.

same here i keep all my extras, besides you never know one of your cards could get damaged and if you keep them all you will have extras just in case

In a certain game called a Big Brawl, you can use 2 of each color of card. Thats one good reason to keep the extras. And as mentioned before, trading.

Yes, this is true, but each card you use has to be unique, so no doubles in brawls period.

I just keep my Extras until I feel like trading them.As for the cards, are you basing this off of rarity, or strategy?
