      Well, decent on its looks, but considering you only had to buy it for $9, I might say in between fair and bad. Usually WebCams are like $20.

      Looked, I'd say decent to bad. Not quite sure, but for $9? So even if its bad, you only paid $9, and that seems like a good deal to me.
