Nah, you can't link GBA games with a DS. I have tried. But, based on your situation, I would either evolve Eevee in to Flareon or Jolteon. You don't need another Water-type with your Blastoise, and you already have a Fire- and Electric-type with Moltres and Zapdos.

i made it to the Island 4 bred my Eevee with Ditto and have 1 Eevee of each evolution available.(flareon, Jolteon, Vaporeon)I used Eevee in the Elite 4 and kicked butt

Yeah, Flareon is good. For some incredibly stupid reason, I deleted my LG file where I had a level 60-something Nidoking, and a 50-something Flareon that kicked butt.
